If you don't have a pro-account their extremely agreesive in upselling you the bigger packages. Not to mention, their storage limits are complete b.s and how they bill is really not fair at all. Customer services used to be bad as well. Not a good app. Muc better apps in the market.”

"Data privacy is a disaster.
When you uninstall it and delete your account, the fireflies notetaker *still* joins zoom meetings. This obviously causes major privacy concerns for other parties in your zoom meetings who may be sensitive to AI note takers or having the meeting memorialized in any way.
To make matters worse, customer support is terrible to work with — they made no attempt to investigate my issue and basically told me to "try again, and if it doens't work...try again."
